WHAT WE DO
Our work starts where fabrication, joinery or an existing surface needs its final appearance. We prepare, sand, spray paint, coat, lacquer, polish, restore and develop finishes for one-off pieces, batches and complete projects.
We do not need to manufacture the product to take responsibility for its finish. Manufacturers, joiners, fabricators, designers, contractors and private clients can send suitable components or items to us for controlled finishing and careful final inspection.

SURFACE RESTORATION
Preparation, abrasive work and controlled finishing can take a fabricated surface from raw or inconsistent to a clean, even final appearance.

We work with furniture makers, joinery workshops, metal fabricators, fit-out companies, contractors, hospitality businesses and other manufacturers that need a dependable finishing stage without building that process in-house.
We can agree colour, sheen and samples, prepare the substrate, apply the finish, allow the system to cure, inspect the result and protect finished components for collection or agreed transport.

MDF & HIGH GLOSS
MDF edges and routed areas need proper sealing and progressive preparation before colour coats. For high gloss, the surface must be built flat, cured, refined and polished so the reflection is clean rather than simply shiny.
Matt, satin and high-gloss systems can be developed in custom colours. Suitable doors and panels are finished as components in a controlled workshop process rather than treated as a quick on-site kitchen respray.

STAINLESS STEEL
Stainless steel work can include degreasing, scratch removal, weld blending, grain restoration, satin or brushed finishes and staged polishing toward a mirror finish. For specified technical work, surface roughness requirements such as Ra should be agreed before work begins and verified by the appropriate measurement method where required.
Applications can include fabricated components, architectural metalwork, hospitality and commercial kitchen surfaces, public-facing stainless steel and other suitable installations or removable parts.
Stainless steel polishing →INDUSTRIAL & ARCHITECTURAL
We can take on the finishing stage for fabricated products, gates, railings, containers, machinery components, architectural metalwork, sculpture and other suitable commercial or industrial work. Preparation can include cleaning, degreasing, correction, sanding or grinding before the selected coating or polished finish.
Repeat batches and ongoing production work are welcome. Where a project needs minor fitting, assembly or practical correction around the finishing stage, this can be discussed as part of the job.

AUTOMOTIVE
Automotive work can range from paint correction and appearance restoration to complete vehicle repainting in a chosen colour. Full repainting is approached as a finishing project: preparation, correction, coating, curing and final refinement all matter to the result.
We are also developing scheduled vehicle appearance care for owners who want a car kept consistently clean and presentable, including bodywork, wheels, glass and agreed interior care.
