You can manufacture the component, furniture, joinery or fabricated item and outsource the finishing stage to us. We work with joiners, furniture makers, metal fabricators, fit-out teams, contractors, designers, hospitality businesses and other commercial clients.
The objective is repeatable finish quality and careful handling from arrival through to collection. We can discuss one-offs, prototypes, project batches and repeat components.
How commercial work is planned
Before finishing starts we establish the substrate, existing coating if any, required colour, sheen, texture, service environment, visible faces, quantities and handling requirements. Where appearance is critical, a sample or reference panel can be agreed before production work.
Preparation may include cleaning, degreasing, repairs, filling, sanding, edge sealing, weld blending or other substrate-specific work. The coating or polishing sequence is then completed, allowed to cure or settle as required, inspected under suitable light and protected before handover.
Handling, packing and transport
A good finish can be damaged after the final coat, so handling is part of the job. Finished parts need sufficient cure time before wrapping; contact materials and stacking methods must suit the finish. For suitable projects we can agree protective packing, labelling, collection and return arrangements.
