Finishing as part of your production
Fabricators, manufacturers, contractors and project teams can outsource the finishing stage without outsourcing control of the final appearance. We can receive suitable fabricated items or components, prepare the surfaces, apply or develop the required finish, inspect the result and protect finished work for collection or agreed transport.
Large metalwork & structures
Suitable work can include containers, gates, railings, architectural metalwork, machinery components, fabricated assemblies, public-facing structures, sculpture and one-off or repeated industrial items. On-site work can also be discussed where removal is impractical.
Preparation before coating
Degreasing and surface preparation are not optional extras. The route may include cleaning, coating removal, corrosion treatment, grinding, sanding, defect correction and appropriate priming before paint or coating is applied. Powder coating can be organised for suitable projects and colour requirements.
Repeat work
Regular batches and ongoing finishing work are particularly welcome. Colour, sheen, handling, protection and packing requirements can be agreed so the finishing stage becomes a repeatable part of the client's production flow.
